Health & Customized Fitness Classes

Health Fitness Classroom & Customized Exercise Classroom

At P2J, we go beyond traditional exercise programs by leveraging advanced technologies such as SPM (Smart Physical Manager) and PAPS (Physical Activity Promotion System). We precisely analyze participants’ physical data to design and operate optimized exercise programs tailored to individual and group objectives. This is not just an exercise class, but a data-driven health management solution that supports fitness improvement, injury prevention, and growth enhancement.

1. Data-Driven Program Design

  • AI-Powered Analysis: Participants’ physical abilities (sports suitability, injury risk, etc.) are analyzed using AI, with differentiated approaches based on PAPS grading (Levels 1–5).

  • Tailored for Each Audience: Applicable to schools (student growth & physical education), organizations (employee wellness), and communities/sports clubs (performance development). Programs are adjusted to users’ goals—such as talent discovery, health maintenance, or performance improvement.

  • Flexible Operations: Standard operation runs once per week for 4 months, with participant numbers ranging from 17 to 71 (or more) and flexible scheduling in cooperation with schools and institutions.

  • Smart Tools: Integration of Galaxy Watch devices (real-time physical data analysis) and Smart Mirrors (personalized exercise guidance). Printed result reports are provided for continuous monitoring.

2. Program Details

  • Health Fitness Classroom
Participants’ fitness levels are assessed through PAPS-based evaluations, followed by group-specific health activity programs. For example, lower-grade participants focus on basic strength and endurance, while higher-grade participants engage in advanced sports skill development.
Objective: Enhance overall health and immunity.

  • Customized Exercise Classroom
Based on individual analysis results, programs are tailored to specific goals such as injury prevention, growth hormone stimulation, and sports talent matching. For groups, sessions may include team-building exercises, while organizations can implement stress management programs.
    Examples:

    • Sports clubs: performance assessments followed by targeted training.

    • Schools: growth analysis combined with nutrition and exercise programs.
